Scrutiny of documents and determining the title (Vetting) of the property to be mortgaged is one of the most important issues for banks’ lending purposes. Being enlisted with various Banks and a handful of NBFIs for a number of years, we have achieved greater knowledge, understanding and experience to carry out scrutiny of all kinds of land/holding/property related documents as well as drafting of security documents along with return filing with RJSC to be executed by borrowers in favour of the bank.
